As the prime contractor, JSR-ECC is providing repairs and renovations to the existing two story historical administrative building 2248 for the use of the Army Continuing Education Systems (ACES). Complete selective interior demolition and reconfiguration for the efficient and economic administrative function, hazmat abatement, and replacement of HVAC, electrical, fire protection systems, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural systems including floor covering, doors, and interior wall systems. Exterior work includes roof replacement restoration and complete roof membrane replacement, stair repairs, replacement of all windows and doors, wall repairs, restoration/painting of building exterior to historical standards, and site grading to alleviate ATFP issues. This project will include bringing the building up to complete ADA compliance and full ATFP standards including installation of an ADA ramp.
