JSR, Inc., founded by Nancy and Bobby Greaves in June of 2003, started with a simple philosophy: Build our business for long term growth and provide a place for our employees to grow and prosper.

One of the keys to this is our client relationships. Repeat business is critical and our philosophy is based on Honesty & Integrity ( We treat our clients the way we want to be treated). From our original days when we had 3 employees to now with over 100 employees we maintain the same Philosphies.

As we move forward into the next growth phase of JSR, Inc. there will be many obstacles to overcome and adapt to. But with our Employees we have with us it is a challenge we are looking forward to.
